The Pulse of Pride continues to Proudly Beat in Walker's Point! Members and supporters of Milwaukee's LGBT Community will gather to attend and march in the annual Milwaukee Pride Parade Sunday, June 11th.
All are invited to attend the family friendly event, which offers a mile of exciting LGBT fun-filled pride for the citizens of Milwaukee and all of Southeast Wisconsin. The parade will take over South 2nd Street, Stepping-Off at 2pm at the corner of 2nd Street and East Greenfield Avenue, and concluding at the juncture of 2nd Street and East Oregon Street. Super18: the CW's own Carole Caine is thrilled to represent the television station once again in the parade, which features a wide-range of participants and partners from area businesses and organizations.
The Milwaukee Pride Parade was founded in 2004 and has been operating since as a non-profit organization run by an all volunteer Board of Directors and Staff. Learn more about the event here.
