The CW huddles up with INSIDE THE NFL September 5th
The show the pros watch is now for everyone. Starting Tuesday, September 5th, The CW Network is the new home for the Emmy Award-winning weekly studio series INSIDE THE NFL.
The storied NFL Films-Produced series INSIDE THE NFL brings its unrivaled highlights and analysis to broadcast television for the first time its 47-year history. INSIDE THE NFL is the first authoritative look-and-listen-in to every week’s greatest moments and unforgettable stories throughout the NFL season, showcasing previously unseen angles of pivotal game action captured by NFL Films’ legendary cinematographers and revealing behind-the-scenes audio of how it all happened.
Super Bowl champion safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Emmy Award-winning studio analyst Ryan Clark will serve as the show's host. He will be joined by former Miami Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder, Pro Bowl quarterback Jay Cutler, Pro Bowl wide receiver Chad Johnson, and two-time Super Bowl champion defensive end and Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award-winner Chris Long as analysts as they break down previously unseen highlights and exclusive NFL Films mic’d up sounds from the week’s most exciting matchups while serving up unfiltered commentary.
Between them, the cast has 52 years of NFL experience under their helmets. They step into the shoes of a long line of NFL and broadcasting veterans who have contributed to the show's success. Past cast members of the storied program dating back to 1977 have included Dan Marino, Phil Simms, James Brown, Cris Carter, Cris Collinsworth, Brandon Marshall, Ray Lewis, Bob Costas, Jerry Glanville, Jimmy Johnson, Boomer Esiason and the late Len Dawson and Nick Buoniconti.
